Did you know that the NCUA implemented new cyber incident reporting rules that went into place on September 1, 2023. Per these new rules, all federally insured credit unions must notify the NCUA as soon as possible, and no later than 72 hours, after the credit union reasonably believes that it has experienced a reportable cyber incident. Is your current Incident Response plan robust enough to meet these new rules?
